Get revved up for this results-driven,
high energy, full body group workout!
Circuit training is when you go through about 5-10 exercises in a single session with little to no rest between each station.
Each station targets a specific muscle group or incorporates cardio, giving you a full body workout by the end of the class.
The time you spend at each station may depend on how many reps you perform or after a certain time has elapsed.
After about 30 minutes, you’re sure to have a nice sweat and elevated heart rate.

Strength training is a type of physical exercise that uses constant muscle contractions to build strength, muscular endurance, and skeletal size. When you start strength training, your goal is to gradually increase the amount of weight you lift over a period of time. High-intensity interval training is a training method optimized to give you a great workout in a short amount of time.
This method alternates between periods of intense cardiovascular exercise and short rest periods to keep your heart rate high so you can burn calories continuously.
