It is very important to us that all our members and potential members understand how to perform the fundamental movements of our Group Training Workouts with proper form and without the risk of serious fatigue or injury.

Fundamentals will provide you with everything you need to know to step into our group workouts with confidence:

You will be exposed to the concept of proper form and technique of exercises from one of our experienced coaches.

This workout is for everyone, regardless of previous level of fitness.

The fundamental training sessions follow the same principles as our group workouts providing you the opportunity to learn and get a great sweat session.

You will connect with other members, coaches and you will also learn about what it means to be part of the Beyond Physical community.

This session is offered every Tuesday @6pm.
